Tim Sindelar is a Senior Counsel at the EdLaw Project of the Committee for Public Counsel Services. Tim joined the EdLaw Project in 2022 after spending 20+ years in  public interest legal work in Massachusetts, West Virginia and Nebraska as well as 20+ years in a solo private practice focused on representing students and adults with disabilities.  Tim represents a students in a range of educational issues throughout the Commonwealth.  He also provides counsel and assistance to hundreds of attorneys each year. He is the principal organizer of Massachusetts Attorneys for Students' Educational Rights.
